About Furcation
Where pets go on holiday.
Furcation is a small Derby business with one aim: to make licensed, professional kennels and catteries the easy, obvious choice when you go away.
Our mission
Going away shouldn't mean feeling guilty.
We started Furcation because we lived the problem. Finding somewhere for our own dogs meant hours of ringing round, only to hear “sorry, we're full” again and again. Meanwhile the list of apps and sitters keeps growing, and it's hard to know who is licensed, trained or insured to look after the pets we treasure.
Licensed kennels and catteries are inspected by their council, held to clear welfare standards and run by people who do this every day. We want them to be every pet owner's first choice, and booking them to be as easy as booking a hotel.
No more ringing round
See which licensed kennels and catteries actually have space for your dates, and book in minutes.
Licensed and professional
Every kennel and cattery on Furcation holds a council licence. We show its star rating, so you know who is looking after your pet.
Raising standards
We give kennels the tools that make great care easier: daily care logs, health records, photo updates and verified reviews.
For pet owners
Search once and see who really has space. Every kennel shows its licence, star rating, prices and policies up front. Pay a deposit and you're booked, then get photo updates while you're away.
